Fees are based on the total square footage of the home. Pricing starts at $300 for homes up to 1,000 square feet and increases in increments up to $500 for homes up to 5,000 square feet. Homes over 5,001 square feet are priced by request.
What does the CL-100 Termite Letter include?
The CL-100 is South Carolina's required wood destroying organism inspection letter. It documents the presence or absence of termites and other wood destroying organisms and is typically required by lenders for real estate transactions. Carolina Property Inspections offers this service for $125.
How much does the Advanced HVAC inspection cost?
The Advanced HVAC inspection is $150 for the first unit and $75 for each additional unit. This service provides a more detailed evaluation of the HVAC system beyond what is covered in the standard home inspection.
What is the HUD Manufactured Home Foundation Certification?
The HUD Manufactured Home Foundation Certification is a required document for FHA and VA financing on manufactured homes. It certifies that the home's foundation meets HUD permanent foundation guidelines. Carolina Property Inspections offers this certification for $399.
